In my 50 years of life, I’ve seen joy and sorrow; I’ve worked tirelessly to reach a status in my career just to realize that is not what defines me. I’ve blossomed in faith, lost it, and found joy in a God who pursues me relentlessly. But the most important lesson I’ve learned is that the adventures we take in life with our loved ones are the pinnacle of all existence.

When we look back on life, the memories we make are what define us. That is why I capture each fleeting moment in my photography and art and reimagine old treasures in my jewelry. My hope is that I can inspire you to find your own adventures, be it in your own backyard or across the world.

I love making ruimque handmade jewelry from reclaimed forgotten treasures of times past. I feel I am reimaging what it can be to breathe new life into old beads, jewels, stones, and leathers.

Since I was little, I have had a pencil, paint brush, art pen, charcoal, pastel, or clay in my hands. It is my passion. To take God's beautiful world and interpret it in a new way is a driving force in my life.

I live for the weekends. The ones where my husband and I load up our 12-year-old blind lab into our Jeep and take off in the middle of the woods to find that perfect shot. I want to share the places not everyone gets the joy of seeing.
