I know. Illinois is only a state away and we have not explored more than Chicago!

The funny part...we are not city people. Well, I should say Chris hates going to the city, I don't mind, but for just a fleeting moment. Now ... our daughter ... she loves the city. That is what took me to Chicago.
Chicago is really a beautiful city. The architecture is amazing. The history is even more amazing. But, I can't wait to go back to Illinois to explore some places more off the beaten path.
